A club team consisting of Wendy Tindale, Jean Oldfield, Sylvie Jones and Pam Hunt, with reserve Doris Saxby, competed in the Burnham Plate competition. They reached the semi-finals of the competition, which were held in Aylesbury, and were given a plate each by Florence Memery, president of Bucks County Bowling Association. |
